Emergency Care

Patients with emergencies requiring urgent attention will normally be seen the same day during regular working hours. Outside of these hours, please contact NHS 111.

Plan members benefit from comprehensive emergency and urgent care cover and may seek private out-of-hours care as per their policy.

Dental Laboratory

We employ a fully-qualified, GDC-registered Dental Technician on-site to provide immediate technical support for denture cases. The lab carries out speedy, high-quality denture repairs, and manufactures sports mouthguards, splints for tooth-grinding, and devices to aid snoring cessation.

Referrals

We maintain strong working relationships with Oral Surgery and Orthodontic departments at nearby hospitals and specialist practices, should you require treatment beyond our range of skills.

Your Records

A modern, computerised appointment and record-keeping system allows our reception team to arrange appropriate appointments efficiently, while clinical information is available instantly for our clinicians. We are compliant with the Data Protection Act.

Mouthguards

Custom-made protective sports mouthguards can be provided on request. We also supply splints for tooth grinding where appropriate.

Private dental care & membership

From 1 December 2023 we provide ongoing adult dental care on a private basis. Joining is simple, with practice-managed membership plans that spread the cost of routine care by monthly Direct Debit.
